On November 19, 2021, Ambassador Liu Shaobin met with Mr. Süleymen Şensoy, President of Turkish Asian Center for Strategic Studies (TASAM). Ambassador Liu briefed Mr. Şensoy on the theme of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He focused on the significance of the adopted resolution on CPC’s major achievements and historical experience over the past century, pointing out that the 100-year glorious history of the CPC provides inspiration to Turkey and the rest of the international community in better understanding CPC and China. We hope that TASAM, as a renowned think tank in Turkey, will continue to play an active role in improving mutual understanding and promoting relations between China and Turkey.

Mr. Şensoy recognized the importance of Ambassador Liu’s introduction on the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, especially the CPC’s great achievements and historical experience, noting that he now has a deeper understanding of the CPC and China. TASAM will continue to  make positive contributions to the improvement of mutual understanding and the enhancement of Turkey-China relations.
